We need you for

  • International Recruiting and continuous improvement of related strategies
  • Organizing processes along the employee lifecycle, including sourcing to onboarding.
  • Advising and supporting managers on all international HR-related topics, including working with Employer of Record (EOR) services.
  • Shaping key HR topics such as strategic projects, corporate culture, employer branding, and more.
  • Managing staffing solutions and ensuring compliance with global labour laws.
  • Coordinating and evaluating internal training and staff development initiatives.

Your profile

  • Completed education in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of international HR or recruitment experience, preferably in the biomedical industry or pharmatech sector, including EOR services.
  • Proactive, structured, and quality-oriented working style with a resilient personality.
  • Good recruitment knowledge, including active sourcing; international labor law experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in both English and German (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment and willingness to learn

For the cooperation in our team, we offer a payment in line with collective agreement (Handwerk und Gewerbe) based on a full-time position.
